Subdivision and Development Plans
The Newberry Township Planning Commission assists the Board of Supervisors in reviewing subdivision and land development plans.
The Board of Supervisors appoints this seven-member body.
The Commission is required to review and recommend action on all land use, subdivision, and land use proposals presented to the Township and items that affect changes of the Comprehensive Plan.
Planning Commission Meetings are held on the second Monday of each month.
