Suppose the COVID pandemic has impacted you financially, and you’re having difficulty paying your rent or utility bills. In that case, York County’s Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) may be able to provide you with assistance. CPC created an easy-to-use online application process and has partnered with more than 20 local organizations to help tenants fill out applications and provide technical support. York County offers a program for First Time Homebuyers.
