Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Supervisors of Newberry Township, York County, Pennsylvania at the Newberry Township Municipal Building, 1915 Old Trail Road Etters, PA 17319 until 9:45 a.m. (Prevailing Time) Thursday May 18, 2017 to furnish materials to be used by Newberry Township for maintenance and construction of roads within the Township and equipment rental. The bids will be publicly opened and read at 10:00 a.m. (Prevailing Time) Thursday May 18, 2017. Bids will be received for the following:

1. Various Sized Aggregate                                      2. Superpave &Cold Patch                                         3. Equipment Rental

Suppliers may bid on any or all items. All proposals must be on a PennDOT Form MS 963 or MS 970. Bidding documents are available to all prospective bidders at the Newberry Township Municipal Building and may be obtained free of charge during normal business hours. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked “Stone Bid”, "Superpave/Cold Patch Bid" “Equipment Rental”. A Bid Bond is not required, but successful bidder, when awarded a contract, shall deliver a Performance Bond (with suitable surety) in the amount of 50% of the contract amount. No Performance Bond is required for the Equipment Rental. For further information contact the Public Works Director at (717) 938-6992. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts of bids in the best interest of the Township. Bids will be awarded at the Board of Supervisors meeting May 23, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. at the Newberry Township Municipal Building, 1915 Old Trail Road Etters, PA 17319

Notice is hereby given that Newberry Township’s Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 22,2017 at 7:00 the Newberry Township Municipal Building, 1915 Old Trail Road, Etters, Pennsylvania 17319,to consider the following:

Docket 17-02: Richard and Delores Troup 1325 Erney Rd., Dover,PA 17315. Applicants are applying for a Variance to Section 303.3 (Design Standards). Applicants desire relief from minimum setbacks to Subdivide and place a Single Family Dwelling. The property is located in the Rural Residential Zone, Tax Map OG, Parcel 37F.
